When is my first A$49 payment?
Your first A$49 Membership payment is scheduled one calendar month after the A$99 Business Setup payment, then monthly.
Is ongoing hosting included in the setup?
The initial setup covers website creation, launch and technical setup. Membership supports continued hosting and SSL while active, subject to service terms and provider availability.
Can I keep my domain and email?
Existing services can be connected where supported. Where a domain registration is required, eligible standard extensions currently expected include .com, .com.au, .net and .org. Premium, aftermarket, reserved, restricted, high-cost, redemption and unavailable domains are excluded unless separately quoted. YELTOM email provisioning is subject to availability and provider conditions. See the Terms.
What website edits can I make?
Membership includes access to supported website editing capabilities and ongoing YELTOM support. The exact editing options depend on the website and available tools.
What does MY INQUIRIES do?
MY INQUIRIES helps you stay connected with potential customers. When someone submits an enquiry through your YELTOM website, their details are received in your connected business environment and a notification is sent.
Are future MY ADDONS included?
Future MY ADDONS or premium upgrades may be offered as separate purchases. They are not included in the A$49 Membership.
Where can I review cancellation and continuity terms?
Cancellation stops future recurring charges from its effective date. Hosting, domain or email services managed through YELTOM may end or require separate continuation, transfer or recovery arrangements. Review the Membership Policy, Refunds & Cancellations and Terms before purchase.
Domain, email and membership services are governed by eligibility, supplier availability and the current service terms. A$49 Membership value includes available services as described in the Terms and order shown at checkout.
