Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you access or use YELTOM.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of YELTOM.com, YELTOM.app and the services, content, tools and support made available through them (together, the Services). By creating an account, requesting a free Blueprint, purchasing a membership or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
In these Terms, YELTOM, we, us and our refer to the operator of the YELTOM service. The operator’s final legal entity name, ABN and principal business address will be displayed on this page before paid commercial launch. You can contact us through YELTOM Support.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal first and last names.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
- You must promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access, misuse or a security incident.
- We may require identity, business or contact verification where reasonably necessary to provide a service, manage fraud or comply with law or supplier requirements.
3. Free Business Blueprint
The Free Business Blueprint currently includes five deliverables: Executive Summary, Brand Strategy, SWOT Analysis, Tagline Options and Homepage Copy. It is provided without an upfront payment and is intended as an introductory planning resource.
Free outputs may be limited, regenerated, revised or withdrawn where necessary to protect service integrity, prevent abuse or reflect product changes. A free output does not create an obligation for YELTOM to provide paid implementation services.
4. Paid membership and pricing
Unless a different price is clearly shown and accepted at checkout, the current standard offer is A$499 upfront and A$49 per month. An introductory Founder offer may be displayed at A$299 upfront and A$49 per month. The setup fee is charged when the order is placed. The first monthly membership payment is intended to be charged 30 days later, with subsequent payments recurring at the disclosed interval.
The checkout page and order confirmation control the price, taxes, billing date and inclusions for your purchase. Prices may change for new purchases. We will give reasonable notice of changes affecting an existing recurring membership where required by law or the applicable agreement.
5. Current membership inclusions
Subject to technical availability, supplier approval, fair use and the specific order shown at checkout, membership may include:
- the complete 23-deliverable Business Blueprint™;
- logo and brand-pack workflows;
- website creation, deployment, hosting and SSL;
- one eligible standard domain registration for the first year and one eligible standard renewal each 12 months while the membership remains active;
- two professional email mailboxes on the included domain, currently intended to provide 10 GB per mailbox;
- access to YELTOM.app, support resources and available ongoing business tools.
Eligible domain extensions at launch are expected to include .com, .com.au, .net and .org. Premium, aftermarket, reserved, restricted, high-cost, redemption and unavailable domains are excluded unless separately quoted and paid for.
6. Domain services
Domain registrations are supplied through third-party registrars and registries. Availability is not guaranteed until registration is successfully completed. You must provide accurate registrant information and comply with registry, registrar and eligibility rules, including any rules applying to .com.au names.
You are intended to be recorded as the registrant where the registration system permits. YELTOM may act as reseller, technical contact or management provider. Registration, renewal, transfer, expiry, suspension and restoration remain subject to third-party rules and timeframes. Premium charges, redemption charges, transfer charges and services outside the included entitlement may be payable separately.
7. Websites, hosting, SSL and email
Website, hosting, SSL and email services may rely on third-party infrastructure. We aim to provide reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Planned maintenance, supplier outages, internet failures, security events and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving your website, branding, content, contact details, legal notices, domain selections and mailbox settings before public use. Email storage, attachment limits, spam filtering, sending limits and acceptable-use rules may be imposed by the relevant provider.
8. AI-generated and automated content
YELTOM uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to help generate plans, names, copy, images, recommendations and other outputs. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to material produced for others or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.
You must independently review outputs before relying on, publishing or using them. YELTOM does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, employment, trademark or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice and conducting name, domain, trademark and regulatory checks.
9. Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant YELTOM a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, adapt and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve and support the Services.
You promise that you have the right to provide and use your content and that it does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
10. YELTOM intellectual property
YELTOM, its software, workflows, interfaces, templates, branding, documentation and underlying systems are owned by or licensed to us. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
Your rights in final deliverables may be affected by third-party licences, fonts, stock assets, open-source software, AI-service terms and supplier conditions. We will identify material restrictions where reasonably practicable.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to break the law; deceive or impersonate others; distribute malware or spam; infringe rights; harass or harm people; create prohibited, fraudulent or abusive businesses; interfere with security or availability; scrape or reverse-engineer protected systems; or evade usage, payment or access controls.
12. Payments and failed payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. We do not ordinarily store complete payment-card numbers. You authorise recurring charges in accordance with the checkout disclosure and your selected plan.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, contact you, restrict paid features or suspend services. We will take reasonable steps before terminating important domain, hosting or email services, but you remain responsible for keeping payment and contact details current.
13. Cancellation
You may request cancellation through the available account or support process. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation stops future recurring charges after the effective cancellation date but does not automatically reverse setup work, registrations, supplier charges or services already supplied.
Before cancellation becomes effective, you should export content and arrange transfer of domains, websites and email where applicable. Continued hosting, renewal, migration or transfer support after membership ends may involve separate fees.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security, fraud, abuse, legal compliance, supplier requirements or a serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
15. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a service fails to meet a non-excludable guarantee, available remedies depend on the nature and seriousness of the failure.
16. Disclaimers
Except for non-excludable rights, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that a business will launch by a particular date, obtain a particular name or domain, achieve search rankings, receive leads, generate revenue, obtain finance or succeed commercially.
17. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YELTOM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of the Services. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability may be limited to resupplying the affected service or paying the reasonable cost of resupply.
This clause does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third parties such as Stripe, domain registrars, hosting platforms, email providers, analytics services and AI providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply separately. YELTOM is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions beyond the extent required by law.
19. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified through the app or email. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance, except where further consent is legally required.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Before starting formal proceedings, each party should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a consumer regulator, tribunal or court available under law.
21. Contact
Questions, complaints and legal notices can be sent through the Contact page. The final legal entity name, ABN, address and dedicated legal email will be inserted before paid commercial launch.
