Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, refunds and consumer remedies are handled.
1. Overview
This policy explains YELTOM’s approach to cancellations, refunds and service remedies. It operates alongside the Terms of Service and does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Free Blueprint
No refund applies to the Free Business Blueprint because no payment is required.
3. Setup fees
The upfront setup fee funds immediate onboarding, Blueprint generation, technical configuration and supplier provisioning. If you cancel after work has started, the setup fee is generally not refundable for work properly performed or unavoidable third-party costs, subject to consumer-law rights.
4. Monthly membership
You may cancel future recurring membership through the available account or support process. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals after the effective cancellation date. We do not provide partial-month refunds merely because you stop using the Services, unless required by law or expressly agreed.
5. Domains and third-party charges
Domain registration, renewal, redemption, premium-domain, hosting, mailbox and other supplier charges are generally non-refundable once ordered or provisioned because they are paid to third parties and may be irreversible. If a registration fails and no supplier charge is incurred, we will reverse or credit the relevant charge as appropriate.
6. Change of mind
YELTOM does not generally provide refunds for change of mind, failure to use the Services, preference changes, failure to provide required information or selection of an unsuitable name or domain after customer approval.
7. Service problems
If a paid service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for an agreed purpose, or is not supplied within an agreed or reasonable time, you may have rights to a remedy. Depending on the issue, the remedy may include correction, resupply, credit, refund or cancellation.
8. Requesting a refund or cancellation
Contact YELTOM through the Contact page. Include your account email, order or invoice details, the service involved, the reason for the request and supporting information. We may verify your identity before making account or payment changes.
9. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable. Bank and card-network processing times are outside our control.
