Membership Policy
How YELTOM membership billing, grace periods, access and asset recovery operate.
1. Pricing and commencement
The current YELTOM offer is A$99 once for Business Setup followed by A$49 per month for YELTOM Membership. The first A$49 membership payment is scheduled exactly one month after the Business Setup payment. There is no paid-membership free trial.
2. What the Business Setup unlocks
After successful payment is confirmed, the paid MY 5 stages become available: the complete MY BLUEPRINT, MY LOGO, MY DOMAIN, MY EMAIL and MY WEBSITE workflows, subject to supplier availability and applicable conditions.
3. Ongoing membership
The monthly membership supports ongoing hosting, SSL, professional email operation, platform/editing access, domain management and available membership services. One eligible standard domain renewal per 12 months is included while membership remains active, subject to the published domain eligibility rules.
4. Failed payments and grace period
After the first failed A$49 membership payment, YELTOM currently provides a 14-day grace period. A payment retry may occur at the end of that period. During grace, access may remain available while the account is brought up to date.
5. Reversion to free access
If the grace-period retry fails, paid access may revert to the free area, including MY BLUEPRINT access as applicable. Paid hosted or managed services may be restricted, suspended or prepared for transfer in accordance with the Terms.
6. Asset recovery
Cancelled or non-financial customers may be provided access to MY ASSET RECOVERY so they can take reasonable steps to transfer eligible domains, websites, email or other business assets, or re-initiate membership. MY ASSET RECOVERY is not intended to appear for active financial members.
7. Existing assets and transfers
Domain, email and website transfers or migrations can involve provider authorisation, transfer locks, DNS propagation, verification and other external delays. A legitimate transfer waiting period does not mean the service has failed. YELTOM will communicate status and required next steps where practical.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
